Event cakes are completely customizable from the meringue and filling flavor, to number of tiers and floral decorations.

My name is Allie Stec
I am the owner and founder of Appalachian Meringue. I am a Polish girl, born and raised, and have recently settled my roots in the Appalachian mountains with my handsome fella Casey, and our team of 4 legged friends! I began this bakery to share my love of baking and treats with the kind folks of WNC. Being the owner, baker, head of social media, and everything in between, I am so excited to individually meet everyone of you and hear your story on how you ended up in this little slice of heaven!
